About the job:
We are looking for a creative and passionate UX & Service Designer to join our Design Team in charge of ideate and design innovative and customer-centric experiences.
The UX & Service Designer will use his/her skills across the service, interaction, and visual design domains to make the overall customer experience of CRIF products and services as simple and efficient as possible along the entire journey. He/She will support teams on client-facing and internal projects, working on holistic design solutions, from early-stage idea generation until detailed design output.
The UX & Service Designer must be able to plan and organize people, products, services, spaces and communication to create an innovative solution or improve an existing one accordingly to customer needs and business goals.
Role description and main responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research, ethnographic interviews and competitor analysis
- Create surveys and conduct usability testing to gather feedback
- Meet and work with the clients to gather information about their requirements and business needs
- Create user stories, personas, customer journey maps through user research and data
- Plan and conduct Design Thinking workshops and Co-Design activities
- Produce compelling design deliverables (i.e. research output, customer journey maps, service blueprint, storyboards, video, etc.) to conceptualize ideas and information and accurately convey to client and colleagues
- Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes using specialist tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Skecth, ecc.
- Design graphic UI elements, mockups and interactions (e.g. menus, tabs, buttons, etc.)
- Create original visual and graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, lay-outs, templates, infographics, etc.)
- Design aesthetics and create the design systems to be implemented within website, apps and digital solutions
- Work collaboratively with other designers, product managers, business analysts and developers
Required Skills:
At least 2+ years of UX/UI & Service Design experience
Be an ambassador for the importance of design within the company and towards clients
Confident with wireframe & prototype, fluency with Figma
Firm understanding of design systems and visual design
Customer oriented,curious about technologies and how to leverage them to improve the user experiences
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Work independently to deliver a project from start to finish
Strong stakeholder management
Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
Nice to have understanding of coding and basic front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ecc.)
