Service Designer

Join our Digital Division , a group of 200 consultants operating in Italy, specializing in ICT and Digital Transformation. Our strength lies in the integration of our skills, which allows us to have a 360° view of companies’ technological and innovation needs.

What will your contribution be to Akkodis?

Within our Digital Division, you will be involved in a strategic project in the Energy & Utilities sector , focused on digital transformation and the optimization of services aimed at customers and internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, conducting user research, designing service blueprints, facilitating workshops, and prototyping innovative solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting user research through interviews, observation, surveys, and participatory workshops
• Facilitating co-design sessions with internal and external stakeholders
• Sviluppo di service blueprint, customer journey e stakeholder map
• Prototyping of services, mockups or MVPs using digital tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
• Analysis and improvement of existing service processes , with a data-informed approach
• Drafting clear and shareable project documentation (reports, presentations, visual materials)
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, IT, operations, and customer care teams

Do you have a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field?

You will be able to join the ICT team of the Digital division , contributing to innovative projects and collaborating with various companies.

About you

Requirements to start your growth journey:

• At least 4 years of work experience , 2 of which as a Service Designer
• Fluent English , spoken and written (minimum level B2/C1)
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Practical experience with Service Blueprinting methodologies
• Conoscenza operativa di Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design e/o co-design frameworks

Nice to have:

• Experience in international or multicultural projects
• Participation as a speaker at industry workshops, events, or conferences
• Knowledge in UX/UI design , digital transformation or system design
