Senior Strategic Service Designer

Role Overview

This role leads the strategic framing of the project connecting user insights, foresight insights with service design opportunities. They help define future scenarios, opportunity areas, and translate them into strategic directions for service concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Direction

* Lead foresight exploration and horizon scanning through customer insights, interviews and desk research and workshops

* Identify emerging trends, signals, and future opportunities

* Develop future scenarios and opportunity spaces

Insight & Framing

* Synthesize research and foresight insights into strategic narratives

* Define experience principles and future service opportunities

* Guide concept development at a strategic level

Stakeholder Engagement

* Facilitate strategic discussions with leadership

* Align stakeholders around future directions

* Present insights and frameworks clearly

Skills

* 6–10 years experience in service design, strategic design, or innovation

* Experience with service design, foresight or futures methods

* Strong English and Indonesian capabilities and global context

* Strong synthesis and storytelling ability

* Comfortable facilitating strategic workshops

* Must be in Jakarta
