We are looking for a profile with design background, sensitive to user-centered design methodologies such as Design Thinking, User Research and/or UX design in order to design and deliver innovation programs for a large aerospace client at LINK.
In direct collaboration with the Innovation Director, you will :
- Design and implement user research mapped to project scope, analysis research and synthesis into insights
- Convert insights into user journey and then mockups from a UI/UX perspective
- Develop Wireframe, mock-ups and personas
- Visualise and design collaterals for design projects like reports, brochures, and other related communication material
- Produce content in relation to our expertise, projects and vision
YOUR PROFILE
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a designer
- Past experience in the innovation space (Accelerators, innovation hub/consultancy, design agency) in a bonus
- Master of user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process and are able to be proactive and bring new insights on each of them.
- Understand technological trends and challenges: you are at least curious to know more about this field.
- Be a master of Design software and comfortable with PPT / Keynote…
And also…
Be independent and eager to work in a changing and dynamic environment.
Be precise in your work with high detail-attention to your realizations and rigorous in your thought process.
Be comfortable when interacting with people, both in writing and speaking.
