You will become part of an internal development program with the aim to systematically anchor user and customer centricity in the development of innovations, technologies, and products in the mobility context. Right from the start, you will apply your service design expertise and work with experienced UX professionals from the central user experience department at Bosch in exciting UX projects. Your focus is on service design and on projects that are defined and implemented together with the division Powertrain Solutions (PS). At the same time, you will have the opportunity to work on projects with other business units and gain a holistic understanding of the mobility sector at Bosch. After two to three years, you will become part of the UX team at PS.

  • At PS, you will develop holistic solutions for complex mobility and logistics ecosystems over the entire product life cycle as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will support the generation of insights, create concepts for possible solutions, test them with users and visualize future scenarios.
  • Your empathy and your analytical way of thinking and working will help you to identify customer needs and associated challenges, and to visualize complex relationships. In this way, you will remove obstacles and contribute to the development of solutions.
  • Thinking in systems in part of your professional DNA. You know that inspiring solutions are created when you keep an eye on the entire customer journey and know how to use internal processes and organizations.
  • You live and breathe service design. It is important to you that our solutions and the relationship we maintain with our customers reflect Bosch’s high-quality standards.
