YOUR TASKS:
- Significant design of the product vision for SENEC 360 ° as part of the design and user experience team with Proposition Management
- Acting as a creative source of inspiration and problem solver for innovative service ideas within our entire ecosystem and being responsible for these from the user journey to the validation of the prototypes
- Influencing the end-to-end user experience for SENEC customers via all relevant touchpoints
- Responsibility for the user-centered approach from research to discovery to evaluation
- Finding out the needs of end users, specialist partners and the service team as well as analyzing the customer journey
- Validation of the assumptions from the developed solution approaches with the help of user tests
- Screening of relevant trends & technologies to uncover potential market opportunities, competition and customer behavior as well as to evaluate their commercial and strategic relevance for SENEC
- Conception and moderation of digital co-creation & sprint formats that enable you and your colleagues to jointly develop and promote innovative product and service ideas
