YOUR TASKS:
  • Significant design of the product vision for SENEC 360 ° as part of the design and user experience team with Proposition Management 
  • Acting as a creative source of inspiration and problem solver for innovative service ideas within our entire ecosystem and being responsible for these from the user journey to the validation of the prototypes 
  • Influencing the end-to-end user experience for SENEC customers via all relevant touchpoints 
  • Responsibility for the user-centered approach from research to discovery to evaluation  
  • Finding out the needs of end users, specialist partners and the service team as well as analyzing the customer journey  
  • Validation of the assumptions from the developed solution approaches with the help of user tests 
  • Screening of relevant trends & technologies to uncover potential market opportunities, competition and customer behavior as well as to evaluate their commercial and strategic relevance for SENEC 
  • Conception and moderation of digital co-creation & sprint formats that enable you and your colleagues to jointly develop and promote innovative product and service ideas 
WE ARE HAPPY ABOUT:
  • In-depth experience with service design, product or UX design with demonstrable success, ideally in the field of energy supply, smart home or telecommunications  
  • Ability to penetrate complex processes and IT architectures and transform them into understandable products and services using design thinking 
  • Confident handling of design programs and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Miro or Concept Board 
  • Basic understanding of modern digital platforms and agile product development processes 
  • Routine selection, implementation and analysis of UX research methods from discovery to evaluation 
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English 
  • Strategic foresight and drive to seek out new trends, technologies and start-ups 
  • Mind and tool set from Design Thinking and Lean Startup, combined with practical experience in creating empathy maps, customer journeys, service blueprints, user story maps, business model canvas, flowcharts, wireframes and click dummies 
  • Talented improviser with extremely strong communication skills at all levels of the hierarchy
