Senior Service Designer (m/w/d)

• Significant shaping of the product vision for SENEC 360° as part of the design and user experience team together with the proposition management and marketing team
• Acting as a creative source of inspiration and problem solver for innovative service ideas within our entire ecosystem and being responsible for them from the user journey through the validation of the prototypes to implementation
• Influencing the End2End user experience for our customers and installers across all relevant touchpoints, such as B. Website, web portals and apps
• Management of agencies and freelancers as well as coordination with internal stakeholders as well as designing and moderating digital co-creation and sprint formats
• Responsibility for a clear user-centric approach from research to discovery to evaluation
• Researching and defining the needs of end users, specialist partners, service and proposition teams as well as continuously analyzing and developing the customer journey
• Validation of the assumptions from the developed solution approaches and concepts with the help of user tests and surveys together with the user research and insights manager
• Screening of relevant market trends and technologies to uncover potential market opportunities, competitors and customer behavior and to assess their commercial and strategic relevance
• Manage the construction of wireframes, clickdummies and prototypes in Figma as well as control briefing documents and implement the UX with developers

We are happy about:

• Extensive experience in service design, product or UX design with proven success, ideally in the areas of energy supply, smart home or telecommunications
• Safe handling of common design programs and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Miro or Concept Board
• Practical experience with the creation of e.g. B. Empathy Maps, Customer Journeys, Service Blueprints, User Story Maps, Business Model Canvas, Flowcharts, Wireframes and Clickdummies
• Basic understanding of modern digital platforms and agile product development processes
• Good experience in the selection, implementation and analysis of UX research methods from discovery to evaluation
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Ability to penetrate complex processes and IT architectures and to transform them into understandable products and services with design thinking
• Mindset and toolset from design thinking and lean startup paired with the courage to break principles and approaches, to improvise and to break new ground through learn and adapt
• Strategic vision and interest in new trends, technologies and start-ups
• Extremely strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels
