Senior Service Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Service Designer (all gender) to join Manyone at our new office in Frankfurt.

You will strengthen our team and our ability to deliver products, designs and meaningful strategic solutions to our clients. Furthermore, you are part of an exciting journey in building a global hybrid strategic design consultancy and a new office in Germany.

Being a Senior Service Designer

As a Senior Service Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design perspective of a service. You will identify gaps and opportunities for end users and the organization across all touch points within both digital and non-digital services, ensuring customer and business value.

• You lead the service design stages of a project, translating research insights into memorable and differentiating user experiences
• You scope, plan and lead service design projects and provide engaging strategic consultancy to our clients
• You map and visualize user insights and experiences to help shine a bright light on the challenges and opportunities of our clients
• You prepare, coordinate and participate in a wide array of exciting research endeavors
• The user takes the center stage for you: You examine their behavior and the context of use, develop personas, customer journeys and design service blueprints.
• You have led digital projects and are well versed in design thinking or lean UX methods in order to use them specifically in the design process.
• You are driven by the design of the entire innovation process, strategic product conception and the development of the value proposition based on clearly defined KPIs

Your professional experience

• You have at least 6+ years of experience in the development and implementation of digital product innovations
• You have a master graduate in business, design, research or other relevant educational background
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life
• A great communicator and workshop facilitator and a solid client partner, able to listen, advise and build strong relationships with our clients
• Hands-on when needed: Proficient in sketching, visualizing, prototyping and other service design techniques like value proposition, journey mapping, service specification, blueprinting, testing, etc.
• Experience with service design methods, implementation of market and competition analyzes and creation of business cases
• Knowledge in the development and evaluation of customer related KPIs in the area of digital products
• You are always up to date and know the current trends and innovations in the industry and act as a creative impetus.
