You research, design and develop unique user experiences and design digital touchpoints from the user’s point of view with excellent quality.

You design digital brand communication in all its facets.

You develop user flows, user stories and information architectures.

You create customer experiences with relevance and added value that permanently convince consumers and customers.

You design customer contact points in close cooperation with experts from UX/UI design, customer insights, automation, change & innovation, web analytics and digital marketing.

You create requirement catalogs and feasibility studies.

You carry out usability tests and customer experience tests.

You are an active member of agile teams.

You bring the customer perspective to interdisciplinary project teams and are a facilitator for customer-centric design processes.

You moderate workshops using creative methods.

You have several years of practical experience in service design, process design or business analysis.
