Service Designer H/F

In order to strengthen our expertise in Customer Experience, we are looking for a Service Designer within the Offer Marketing and Quality Department.
In conjunction with the Offer and Quality Marketing Department team and the Operational Departments, you are in charge of co-constructing and designating customer journeys by intervening from the definition of the need to its implementation
Your main missions will be as follows:
SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE DESIGN
Propose new design approaches (Design Thinking, Design Sprint, etc.)
Involve operational teams and support functions in the implementation of these approaches
Frame and carry out design projects of service / experience
Implement the stages of “Research”, “Immersion”, “Ideation”, “Design” and “Experimentation”
Organize and lead Design Facilitation workshops
Define and produce the design deliverables (idea book, concept scenarios, cartography, models, etc.)
Participate in the response to calls for tenders
Collaborate closely with the Group Design Department to learn from its initiatives and focus on Sports & Leisure subjects

NETWORK AND WATCH
Monitor trends in design
Share a vision of “Food or Not Food” trends
Participate in events (Conferences, Meet-ups, Webinars, Ted Talks, etc.)
Identify potential partners / design agencies

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

BAC + 5 – Graduated from a Design School (ENSCI, STRATE, L’École de design Nantes Atlantique, etc.)
Professional experience of at least 5 years required in the fields of design and innovation
Interest in world of Commercial Catering, B2C and Entertainment
Good knowledge of customer experience topics in complex, diverse and demanding environments
Ability to innovate, influence and work across the board in the form of project management with different interlocutors; excellent interpersonal communication (design sprint)
Mastery of the Microsoft environment and collaborative design tools (Miro, Mural)
