Experience is an essential asset for MAIF. The experience team drives the optimization of this experience, promotes the consistency of the different courses and makes them evolve to allow everyone – members, activists and employees – to experience and feel the uniqueness of MAIF.
We are looking today, on a permanent contract, for a talented, experienced, committed, dynamic F / M designer who likes teamwork to join us in this exciting collective challenge.
This position, based in Niort, is available as soon as possible.
In the service of omnichannel, you work alongside the business teams to imagine, build and implement simple, fluid paths, embodying the singularity of our Mutual.
Your missions are therefore to:
- bring meaning to the UX approach and design teams in the service of a memorable experience serving user satisfaction and company performance;
- enlighten internal stakeholders on what users experience in their interactions with the MAIF and the gap with the desired target experience by carrying out phases of immersion, research and collection of information;
- support the work by carrying and implementing design methodologies, tools and deliverables. In proximity with the operational teams, you support them in the integration of the user vision through in particular the management of UR, the formalization of experience map or customer journey, the management of ideation phases, the production of prototypes, …;
- helping to demonstrate the impact of the approach on performance and to steer through experience by identifying the appropriate indicators and integrating them into the courses.
Thus, you lead, within the framework of the entrusted projects, the various design activities:
- benchmark, watch, inspiration,
- design, scripting, formalization of user experiences or user journeys,
- collection of user feedback,
- prototyping and testing of imagined solutions,
- implementation.

Profile / Qualifications
Graduated from a design school, your experience (> 5 years) in a design agency and / or within an integrated team in a company has enabled you to develop proven skills and know-how both in the research dimension users / discovery as delivery in complex and transversal projects.
You appreciate teamwork, challenge your work with the collective and know how to show conviction and assertiveness to engage your interlocutors and mobilize around design.
You show listening, observation and empathy which allows you to fully understand the issues and expectations of your interlocutors.
