UX / Service Designer

The PwC France Experience Center is a team dedicated to experience design and innovation. We help our clients to reinvent their service offerings and customer/user experiences using our methods combining Design Thinking practices (user research, co-design, prototyping, etc.) and the Consulting approach.
Our team, made up of around fifty business and design experts, supports companies and public actors in their transformations: digital, organizational, economic and environmental. We imagine, design and create the experiences of tomorrow and the user journey across all points of contact: screens, locations, connected objects, human interactions, etc.
We work for the largest companies and public actors:
- Retail: Carrefour, Dior, Etam, Guerlain, Kering, La Redoute, E.Leclerc, Pernod Ricard, Salomon
- Bancassurance: Allianz, AMF, Axa, BNP Paribas, Neuflize OBC
- Public actors: CNAM, Ile de France Mobilités, MACSF, Ministries (Army, Culture, Finance, etc.), RATP, Île-de-France Region
- Energy, utilities and services: Accor, Bouygues Immobilier, Club Med, EDF, Enedis, Orange, Suez
You are
- Already a Designer, or interested in Designand its methods: Design Thinking, user research, ideation, framing, prototyping, testing, production. You want to imagine and design experiences at all points of contact: interfaces, objects, spaces, services, human interactions, etc. You want to learn how to create prototypes for at least one of these points of contact.
- Talented, you have one or more creative skills: illustration, drawing/sketching, writing/drafting, animation/motion, code/development, art/graphics, branding, hacking, electronics, DIY/make, 3D printing, VR, sewing, cooking, video, photography, music…
- Keen, by emerging trends, new uses, societal and technological developments, new issues associated with the ecological transition…
- Convincing, you know how to tell, explain, convince, make complexity intelligible, both written and spoken, in French and English.
Your daily life
- You twork at the agencye in privileged premises (a 1400 ㎡ mansion in the heart of Paris), in war room,at the customer’s premises, or remotely on certain projects, within a team of 2 to 4 people dedicated to the project. You bring your skills to service design missions, organizational transformation and interface design on behalf of our clients or on internal projects.
- You go to the field inFrance or abroadTo meet users, you actively participate in workshops and meetings with customers, mainly in Ile-de-France, sometimes in the provinces or abroad (Europe, Asia, America, etc.).
- You do vharness your creative talentsto advance the agency’s methods and offerings. ex: if you like video, you make mini-films instead of illustrated storyboards, if you like photography, you make a photo report to illustrate user uses…
