Service Designer

We are currently looking for a Service Designer (M/F) for one of our major account clients, specializing in the insurance sector .

Your main missions will be as follows :

• Define the framework and make the problem readable,
• Manage the discovery phase involving immersions and user research to lay out the problem and then identify opportunities or response scenarios
• Propose, formalize and design innovative responses in collaboration with interface, UX, UI designers, tech profiles, etc.
• Test the solution with users, integrating the project stakeholders
• Support the proposed solution in its industrialization and deployment phase

Profile sought  :

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You are curious, creative and show initiative.
• You have an up-to-date portfolio to provide us

Position to be filled in Niort (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), hybrid working mode
