Internship – Service Designer M/F

Assignment :
You will be part of the legal innovation and design team consisting of a legal innovation strategist and a project manager. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to plan, visualize and define new user and service experiences in the legal domain, drawing on a wide range of skills, from research to experience and service design .
As a Junior Legal Designer in the team, you will have a variety of tasks, including practical implementation in the following area: –
Collaborate with Atos legal, compliance and contract management team and Atos stakeholders with different backgrounds and disciplines.
– Conduct interviews with users and customers in order to analyze and synthesize the information obtained.
– Create visualizations of legal concepts for business and operations stakeholders.
– Collaborate on legal design projects from research, initial design concepts and contributing to the development of tools such as storyboards, wireframes, videos and other means of illustrating legal concepts and commercial.
– Participate in internal workshops and rapid prototyping process.
– Participate in the development of visual design and strategy for communications and internal legal processes.
– Have the opportunity to advocate for a human-centered service design approach to legal tools, practices, processes and roles through internal education.
– Collaborate with product owners and managers to define product strategy and development roadmap.
Profile :
Who are you ?
– You are familiar with design research techniques and service design methodologies to shape experience, services and systems.
– You hold a minimum degree in service design, business design or a related discipline.
– You are a creative problem solver, often considering unorthodox but feasible ways to evolve design and sharing these discoveries with others.
– You are comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.
– You have strong oral and written communication skills and a proactive work style.
– You are good at collecting and analyzing large amounts of data to provide insights and identify opportunities (excellent analytical skills).
– You are comfortable working in a multicultural workplace and juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
– You are able to lead workshops, set up design sprints and organize seminars and training sessions.
– You have an excellent knowledge of the Adobe suite (Illustrator / InDesign / XD…) and an excellent knowledge of Figma.
– You are also very comfortable with Microsoft (knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel).
– You have a definite (!) interest in the legal sector, through personal experience or other relevant means.
– English is the language you speak fluently (French is a plus).
