Service Designer

Come to us as a service designer to design and develop our customers' digital services and applications.

In t woday's design team, you work in a leading expert role in the development of services in customer projects. In your work, you are responsible for considering the user orientation of digital services and the user experience throughout digital product development.

You are the person we are looking for if you know the principles and working methods of service design and user-oriented design and are able to plan and implement user studies to support the design. You define new concepts as well as create improvements to existing services, and you model your solutions so that they can be visually understood and experienced by end users, developers and customers alike.

In order to succeed in the task, we hope that you have at least 5 years of experience in versatile design tasks with digital applications and services. Your tasks require creative problem solving and strong visual skills. We expect you to be a self-directed, systematic and planned person who is nevertheless able to adapt to different situations and forms of development.

Carrying out the task requires excellent oral and written Finnish language skills. We look to your advantage if you understand the accessibility requirements of digital services and you have experience in implementing usability testing and working tools.

Your support is a team of design professionals with a wide-ranging background, as well as experts in our company's various technologies.
