We are determined to expand our services to cover all phases and points of contact in our customers ’digital customer experience. Together with our customers, we actively develop new operating models and services that, when concretized, support our customers’ business, including user-oriented online services and e-commerce solutions that enable new business. The focus of our future growth is digital service design and the development of related practices.

At us, you are responsible for digital service design and user experience design

A good business support service is shaped around the needs of the user. That’s why we believe in design practices that engage different experts and customers together to create better user-driven digital services. As a service designer, you will play a key role in enabling successful customer projects. We also expect that with the same attitude and expertise, you will participate in the development of our own design processes and tools.

For us, the customer’s business and understanding it is the starting point for everything. Our goal is to create better results and more profitable business for our customers. That is why we value the work experience we have already gained with various companies, partners and organizations. In addition, we expect from you an enthusiastic attitude that shows interest in a changing world and the digital revolution, as well as a fear of trying things that have not been done before. From experience, we know that many successes require a series of failures. The lessons they bring should not be underestimated.

Tammi Digital Oy is part of the Oakhill Group expert group, which helps companies in a changing market. The Group’s other two companies are Oakhill Oy, which provides outsourced marketing services, and Think Further Oy, which specializes in responsible business service design.

We are a small but financially stable and profitable entrepreneurial group with a determined goal to grow profitably and enable a good job for as many experts as possible. We work remotely or in the center of Lahti in new premises. In our daily lives, the “People first” thinking is realized, which is one of our values. Our work community consists of experts in their respective fields and different personalities. Together, challenges and successes are made and shared – whether in the office or remotely.
