Senior Service Designer

We are now looking for a Senior Service Designer to ensure a customer experience for consumer customers . In particular, your planning focuses on Elisa’s self-service, identification and total customer base in multi-channel transaction paths. You want to take responsibility for how our customer knowledge helps build more targeted and intuitive services. You also want to be building a vision of how the customer themselves will benefit from the information about themselves (OmaData). You will do your work as part of the design and service development team for consumer customers.
Your daily tasks include:
- You will gain an understanding of the needs of your customers and form a vision for the development of services
- You involve stakeholders in the development work – you facilitate and inspire
- You dare to defend the customer’s interest if it is forgotten by others
- You produce appropriate materials to concretize development ideas
- You validated solutions through experiments and interpret different data
- You are responsible for guiding and merging service development projects – if necessary, with your own hands in clay
- You develop your service design skills and actively share your skills with others
- You serve as an ambassador for design at Elisa and as an ambassador for Elisa outside the house
What do you need to know?
- Above all, you have empathy for your customers!
- You want to figure things out, even if it takes effort
- You outline complex entities and know how to brighten phenomena
- You control the working methods of digital design, you know how to choose a sensible tool according to your needs
- You communicate actively. You can justify your design solution and receive feedback
- You will experience an agile approach – you love to fail quickly and learn from it
- You tolerate uncertainty and imperfection. You understand that it is about learning
- You love the problem – not the solution
- You are a good team player – you understand that good results only come from working together with many skills
- You have an independent approach and the ability to do goal-oriented work
- You have good presentation skills and talk naturally with customers and various stakeholders – both in Finnish and English, preferably also in Swedish.
- You’ve been to school
- You have +7 years of experience and solid practical evidence of large company service development projects
- You follow what is happening in the industry and enjoy spreading your knowledge to your environment
