Service Designer
ResQ Club
We are now looking for an experienced service designer, who gets excited about our mission and user experience development in a small team. Your tasks mainly include user studies and utilizing user understanding in design work, as well as conceptualizing our services as part of the Product team. You know how to plan and implement qualitative and quantitative user research and refine the research results, for example into user paths and user personas, depending on your experience all the way to UX/UI plans. The ResQ service consists of a two-way marketplace. Your ability to see and understand both sides of the marketplace, as well as develop the user experience based on that through facilitation and co-development, creates a good foundation for success in the task. Your job description is independent, and you want to develop user orientation in our organization more broadly.

you have…
- At least a few years of experience in service development (design thinking methods), either in an internal role or as a consultant, preferably with digital services
- Experience in using different research and design thinking methods
- Possibly educational background, which includes studies on service design or design thinking
- Experience in UX/UI design or visual design, using design tools such as Figma.

As ResQ Club’s Service designer…
- You are responsible for the user-centered operating models of our service in such a way that they support our growth and strategy
- You plan and implement user studies using qualitative and quantitative methods
- You can summarize and visually present user understanding (e.g. user paths and personas)
- You support and facilitate product development projects
- You help identify and conceptualize new business opportunities based on user understanding
- Depending on your previous experience, you will create wire models and prototypes
- You bring out the user’s voice in our product development process and communication.
