About your new job | From idea to customer experience

In Digitalization & Customer Experience, we are passionate about the good customer experience – especially with a focus on the digital part of the journey. Our roles cover CX, UX, Behavior designer, Web analysts and Web content managers and we have a close relationship with room for diversity. We work closely with other departments, e.g. Product, CRM and Strategy, but are also very close to our development teams, who work in a scaled agile setup (SAFe).

In the role of Service Designer, you will be involved from the very beginning on large and small projects with the recording of customer journeys, service blueprints and high-level prototypes, where you are keen on visualizing the customer’s experience. The tasks can range widely – from launching new products, optimizing customer journeys, new solutions, etc., so you are also good at stakeholder management and collaboration. You already know that customer centricity does not only belong in a single department and therefore you are also good at spreading customer knowledge and learning new tools from you.

• Can record customer journeys and service blueprint as-is and to-be – preferably in relation to complex solutions that cross contact channels
• Can prepare high-level prototypes and visualize ‘The good customer experience’
• Has a creative side and can think a little outside the box, but is also pragmatic in your solutions
• Can facilitate workshops where we can contribute to the good solutions together
• Can work data-driven and support the business in strategic decision-making around the customer journey
• Is analytical and good at collaborating and communicating
