Service Designer

Full Time


Primary tasks

  • Analyze and map the various customer journeys as well as help identify new opportunities and optimize current flows across touchpoints
  • Facilitate service design workshops with internal and external stakeholders especially with a view to input for touchpoint analysis, service blueprints, mapping customer needs, system shortages, and idea generation
  • Develop prototypes at wireframe level in collaboration with external partners on user tests and translation of user feedback for implementation in close collaboration with the rest of the Customers & Innovation team
  • Ensure strategic coherence, as well as tactical and operational consistency across customers ‘and partners’ customer journeys
  • Perform qualitative research of customer needs and translate this into design requirements
  • Advocate and introduce service design principles, methods and tools throughout our organization and partnerships – including ensuring the right mindset and that design thinking is a natural part of ‘the Clever Way’
  • Ensure that we are always based on Clever’s four core values, and that all solutions can be validated by our ‘Experience driver framework’.
  • Develop and maintain the toolbox in relation to service design and the good user experience
  • Advocates for the various user segments in projects across Clever

Personal qualifications

  • You lead and contribute positively in discussions about ideas, concepts, initiatives and projects, both tactical and strategic, at all levels
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills that in a positive and convincing way are able to bring others with them
  • You have experience with concept development, concept testing and strategy for implementation
  • You are able to work in a dynamic and changing world, where you dare to try new concepts
  • You understand and embrace Clever’s values ​​and Clever’s approach to a great customer experience
  • You show clear empathy and cooperation towards your colleagues and our partners
  • You are anti-bureaucratic, self-motivated and give yourself 100% compared to what was agreed
  • You are easy to work with and always help a colleague when needed
  • You are always willing to put your own goals and tasks in the background for what is best for Clever and our customers
  • You keep calm and overview when the waves go high

Your background

  • Master’s degree in and / or experience with service design, service system design or similar
  • Preferably consulting experience
  • Has practical experience with various innovation projects
