We are looking for another person with experience and passion for CX, for the position of Service Designer .
What will be your job?
- Mapping customer journeys and working with passenger segmentation
- Preparation and coordination of the roadmap of CX activities and projects
- Prepare outputs from surveys and user testing in cooperation with CX analysts
- Methodical guidance of CX specialists and coordination of all activities with the aim of improving the customer experience
- Management of internal workshops
What do we expect from you?
- You have experience with customer segmentation and working with personas
- Customer journey and analysis of client needs is not a foreign topic for you
- Knowledge of design methods Design thinking / Human centered design / Service design
- Ability to come up with actionable suggestions to improve CX
- Independence and the ability to see things through
- Active knowledge of English
