The Role consists of:

• Develop resources and design tools: customer journey maps, blueprints, service patterns, etc.
• Ensure the end to end of the user experience in new transformational challenges
• Implemented experience Strategic and Service Design
• Deep knowledge of the different methodologies to obtain qualitative and quantitative data
• Research experience in strategic design (Design Thinking, Atomic Research, Design Sprint)
• Experience moderating workshops and co-creation sessions
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis capacity to obtain insights
• Experience developing: Blueprints, Customer Journey Maps Good management of UCD methodologies
