Service Designer

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end service design processes: from understanding the problem to prototyping journeys and defining service requirements.
- Act as a protagonist in the creation of new CX products and services, with a focus on innovation and differentiation through AI-based technologies.
- Facilitate co-creation dynamics, workshops and qualitative research with internal stakeholders and end users.
- Mapping current and future journeys, identifying gaps, opportunities, and leverage points through artificial intelligence.
- Create service blueprints, value proposition canvases, prioritization matrices, ecosystem maps, and other strategic artifacts.
- Actively collaborate with technology, UX, business, and data teams to ensure the viability and delivery of the ideal solutions.
- Support the construction of a digital product pipeline in CX, working from conception to validation and roadmap.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating and implementing new products and services, preferably digital and interfacing with customer experience areas.
- Mastery of Service Design methodologies, Design Thinking, User Research and Solution Prototyping.
- Practical knowledge of tools such as Miro, FigJam, Figma, Notion, among others.
- Familiarity with commercially available artificial intelligence technologies (e.g., LLMs, automation, virtual assistants, predictive analytics) — you don’t need to be technical, but you need to understand their capabilities and limitations.
- Higher education in areas such as Design, Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Anthropology, Psychology, or related courses.
- Experience in collaborative environments and agile methodologies.
Differentials:
- Previous experience with AI-based products or digital CX platforms.
- Experience with advanced blueprinting and complex service modeling.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear value propositions for the business.
- Intermediate or advanced English.

- Ability to lead and facilitate dialogues between different areas.
