How your journey will be:

· Will act as a Service Designer leading the application of activations to our customers, following the practices of design thinking and service design ;

· Responsible for consumer insights projects – map and improve the customer experience in different relationship channels;

· Collect information from users through qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, working in the different phases: problem identification, research planning, processing and concrete results for development actions;

· Understand their behavior and profile in an individualized way to design the journey of innovation initiatives, preferably with an Omnichannel vision;

· Remote work during the pandemic period, with no expected return yet.

· Experience in planning and conducting deliveries related to activations;

· Experience in conducting workshops for the area to disseminate Customer Centric knowledge.
