Prior understanding of the business challenge, motivators and objectives .
Carry out the project planning that involves: Selection of instruments and appropriate tool framework to obtain the best results in view of the challenge presented; Indication and selection of the audience participating in the workshops.
>>> Qualifications
Experience with conducting co-creation sessions for: Understanding pain and customer value vision; Collaborative construction of the vision of new products or services using a collaborative approach (Design thinking and Service Design).
Identification of personas and stakeholders.
Design of journeys and formation of the service blueprint (points of contact, actions of service actors, dramatic arc (customer engagement during the experience) and back office (required back-office process).
Initial view of possible functional and/or technical interdependencies.
Prioritized backlog of initiatives.
Low-fidelity prototype of the product, process or service.
Conducting initial tests based on the prototype, to confirm and refine the concept.
Definition of the product’s MPV.
