Prior understanding of the business challenge, drivers and objectives.
Carry out the planning of the project that involves: Selection of the appropriate instruments and framework of tools to obtain the best results in face of the presented challenge; Indication and selection of the public participating in the workshops.
>>> Qualifications
Experience in conducting co-creation sessions to: Understanding pain and vision of value for the customer; Collaborative construction of the vision of new products or services using collaborative approaches (Design thinking and Service Design).
Identification of personas and stakeholders.
Design of the journeys and formation of the service blueprint (touchpoints, actions of the service actors, dramatic arc (customer engagement during the experience) and back-office (back-office process required).
Initial view of possible functional and/or technical interdependencies.
Prioritized backlog of initiatives.
Low-fidelity prototype of the product, process or service.
Carrying out initial tests based on the prototype, for confirmation and refinement of the concept.
Definition of the product’s MPV.
