Senior Service Designer

Main duties:
Have in-depth knowledge in research, visual design, consulting or development for cross-functional teams, maintaining the delicate balance between user requirements and business objectives;
Lead and adapt the full set of UX methodologies, deploying them continuously or tactically, as required;
Have a holistic vision of the product and full command of each stage of the process involved in a successful design solution;
Ensure good relationships and be able to influence multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at different levels of the organization;
Ensure aesthetic sense and be a technical reference in visual design and prototyping tools;
Master the main market standards for building consistent experiences;
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative tests and research;
Support the strategic direction of the UX vision in the organization;
Conduct product discovery techniques;
Conduct analysis and research, focusing on data-driven;
Participate in discussion and work on strategy and final delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Service Design in large-scale projects.
Skill in qualitative and quantitative research to understand users.
Experience with prototyping in tools such as Figma and Miro.
Experience in web and mobile projects, with emphasis on the financial sector.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and design thinking.
Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Updated portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
