About the job
The match we are looking for for this challenge is a multinational financial company that has been managing benefits for over 18 years.
Main activities of the position
- Idealize and design a strategy that facilitates access to customers in decision-making in Design;
- Build an interface or a service that makes it possible to access these clients in a more fluid way;
- Operationalize a structure in which it is possible to create a community of customers to maintain the relationship and apply research.
Skills and Attitudes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge in strategies and construction of new ideas;
- Hands-on, creative and innovative profile;
- Understanding of innovation, technological revolutions and trends in design and technology.
Requirements
- Desirable experience in CX projects or in the commercial area;
- Desirable research experience;
- Availability to work full-time for at least 3 months (with a high possibility of being hired).
