Summary of this function
The professional will lead a UX Research and Service Design team, focused on expanding the company’s vision, as an area of discovery and centralization with the company’s consumer. You will work face-to-face with a trained UX team and interact with PM/POs and Marketing, IT and business professionals so that they increasingly value and demand qualitative research work.
Your responsibilities will include
- Design and conduct forward-looking qualitative and quantitative research to address company issues;
- Support the design and product team to perform exploratory and evaluative research;
- Co-build the evolution of the UX Research team;
- Facilitate collaborative design activities such as workshops, design sprints, etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, align and address UX research questions about our products and services;
- Communicate and democratize the knowledge generated in the surveys to areas interested in the company and senior leaders;
- Facilitate collaborative ideation sessions from research results.
Minimum requirements
- Intermediate/Advanced English;
- Experience in the role of User Experience Researcher;
- Mastery of different research methodologies and ability to apply them correctly according to research needs;
- Experience in planning and executing different types of research, especially qualitative;
- Having already worked with Product Designer, Product Owners and Managers among other peers in the Research area will be a differential.
Desirable skills and experiences
- Certifications in the area of Agility.
