Service Designer

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Assist in the discovery and delivery processes of entire products and features.
• Listen, question and understand the needs of users and the business.
• Suggest new features, products and services based on data.
• Collaborate and lead co-creation processes.
• Create layouts based on developed studies.
• Collaborate with the development team in understanding the design deliverables.
• Be able to translate design findings into low, medium and high fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
• Carry out deliveries with the correct specifications, documents and tests organized.
• Produce the necessary documentation for use by the development team and keep a history of demands.
• Propose, initiate, conduct and consolidate small research and testing processes.
• Ensure the use of our design components across all interfaces.

WHAT WE NEED:
• Complete Higher Education – Design, Administration, Marketing, Communication and related areas.
• Knowledge in prototyping software (Figma recommended).
• Hands-on: Full mastery of the most common design and prototyping tools.
