Senior Service Designer

What you will do:
As a Senior Service Designer at Electrolux, you will play a crucial role in designing, improving and optimizing services that meet both user needs and business objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop innovative service solutions, ensuring a seamless and impactful customer experience. Your expertise in service design tools and methodologies, as well as your ability to lead projects from concept to implementation, will be key to your success in this role. You will help create and measure key performance indicators to track service quality.
Some responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement service strategies that perfectly align with business objectives and user needs.
- Facilitate workshops and lead sessions with stakeholders to develop innovative service concepts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex projects from start to finish.
- Conduct comprehensive qualitative research, including briefing, scripting, interviews, analysis, and reporting, to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Create service blueprints, journey maps, business model canvases, value propositions, and prototypes to visualize, test, and refine service concepts.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated service solutions.
- Supervise the implementation of services, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Create, monitor and evaluate service performance using key metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure success.
- Work collaboratively in an agile environment, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and embracing agile principles.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will participate in Lean Thinking (EMS / C2W) projects and activities.
Who are you?
You have:
- Completed Higher Education in Design, Graphic Design, or other related Design fields (Master’s degree is a plus);
- Experience in service design or a related role, with a proven track record of successful projects;
- Experience partnering with highly cross-functional teams;
- Intermediate English;
- Knowledge of UI/UX software (e.g. Figma, Adobe or similar).
