What you’ll do:

  • Map product interaction journeys, including all involved data and systems, and identify the causes of user pain points or friction due to failures in these interactions (systems and data). Suggest improvements or constructions to make data available for collection.
  • Create data blueprints, facilitating and interacting with all stakeholders (data engineers, software engineers, experience designers, PMs, and Analytics).
  • Participate in and support business strategy discussions and the definition of indicators to ensure data strategy alignment.
  • Map communications (CRM) and their potential contact overlaps and pain points throughout the journey.
  • Create CRM journeys ensuring the continuity of communication during the product journeys and their pain points.
  • Propose and structure recommendations based on quantitative data from identified pain points and opportunities, and monitor their implementation and impact on business indicators.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in of +4 years in Service Design / Design Thinking.
  • Competent level in: user centricit, research and analysis, value proposition and service attributes, journey discovery and service blueprint, information processing and clustering, ecosystem vision.
  • Knowledge and application of frameworks such as Stakeholder Mapping, Journeys, Blueprints, Empathy Maps, Prioritization Matrices, strategy building, etc.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Good knowledge of English and/or Spanish. – Will be responsible for all dynamics using English;
