Service Designer

As a Service Designer on campus Antwerp, you will join the strategy team. There you will work in a multidisciplinary team with digital strategists, UX designers and researchers on a diverse set of service design challenges that require more insight, data and research.
Your role? Helping companies with their digital transformation by co-devising and implementing (digital) service concepts. Your talent? Making the match between the needs, behavior and motivation of the end users and the business and organization of your customer. To do this, you conduct research and collaborate with your customers, with the ultimate goal of a flawless customer experience.
To achieve this, you map and redesign complex customer journeys and processes . You use your knowledge of how to digitize and automate customer experiences and you focus on the relevant design and innovation methods. In addition, you organize workshops with stakeholders, users and internal teams to expose pain points and opportunities. Who found? Then it’s up to you to develop new service concepts and communicate them effectively through customer journeys, service blueprints, UX prototypes and presentations.

What you bring as a Service Designer

You have +3 years (medior) or +5 years (senior) experience in a role as a service designer or similar role.

You have excellent analytical and synthetic thinking skills and are skilled in research: both qualitative and quantitative, online as well as face-to-face.

You are familiar with things like design thinking, UX design and usability.

You have strong communication skills, you have experience with workshops and co-creation and you give inspired presentations.

You know how to translate your insights into creative or innovative recommendations, and to support your team with service design-related questions.

You speak Dutch and English fluently. If Frans is also in the list, that is a plus.
