To support our growth ambition, the Digital practice is looking to attract a new Senior Service Designer to strengthen the team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and partners to review current customer experience for the targeted service and envision improved future state experience
• Support the creation or create annotated screen mocks / user interface and prototype for improved future state experience
• Create the support materials to present to the customers
• Bring knowledge on how to digitize and automatize all customer journeys
• Create Customer Journey maps when required
• Coach a team of service designers / design thinkers

What We Expect From You

• Ability to understand customer needs, behaviors, and motivations
• Familiar with methodologies like «Service Design Thinking»
• Experience with responsive design for web sites and applications
• Some expertise in the design of customer journey and service design
• Passionate about digital collaboration tools
• Creative, eager to learn, curious
• Excellent communication skills and able to adapt to all levels in an organization
• Fluent in English and one national language (French or Dutch)
