What awaits you
- As a service designer in the Digital Sales team, you analyze, design and develop digital sales strategies and measures – from the user interface and user experience to technical systems and interfaces.
- The focus of your work is on customer needs, which you ensure by developing a holistic and target group-oriented customer journey.
- You transform new ideas into testable prototypes and, together with product and marketing management, derive concrete recommendations for action from your analyses.
- You lead and work in interdisciplinary projects with a high IT component and organize workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are responsible for the continuous monitoring of the digital service and product portfolio in terms of topicality, market potential, competition and customer needs.
- Your tasks also include regularly conducting and interpreting market and customer analyses to identify opportunities and derive concrete measures.
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed degree with a focus on digital media, marketing or a comparable subject
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a service designer, customer journey manager or product owner
- Strong ability in user-centeredness and prototyping
- Solid knowledge of agile project management (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent communication and moderation skills and result-oriented thinking and action
- Independent working style, assertiveness and communication skills as well as a high level of personal responsibility
- Also advantageous: Project management certification (IPMA Level D), certification as a service design facilitator, previous knowledge of SAP/R3 or similar ERP software
