Your tasks:
- Facilitation of design sprints and product development projects (internal and external), in cooperation with the ambuzzador team (account manager and technical experts) – with the aim of making the customer and market perspective accessible in order to make teams more successful along the customer journey and the market response to maximize.
- Ownership of experiments: Definition and success measurement of experiments, removal of obstacles and ensuring a well-maintained and prioritized backlog.
- Focus on continuous improvement of productivity and innovative strength of the supported teams – always from the point of view of the end customer.
