- You are responsible for the development and implementation of user-centered service solutions , from research to prototyping with our UX designers and their implementation.
- You plan and conduct workshops with clients and interdisciplinary teams to jointly develop innovative solutions .
- You advise our clients on service design and the optimization of their business models through innovative service offerings.
- You will be responsible for qualitative user research activities, including recruitment, guidelines, moderation & evaluation of user tests, interviews or co-creation workshops.
- You analyze user needs , identify pain points, and create detailed customer journeys, personas, and service blueprints.
- You are a team player and work closely with UX designers, developers, consultants and clients to achieve the best results.
- You moderate workshops using creative methods and are a facilitator for customer-centric design processes .
