The opportunity

Right now, we have a 12 month Fixed Term opportunity for a Business Analyst – Service Designer to join our Transport Group IT Division.  You will be responsible for the delivery of key strategic End User Services projects and support projects that are aimed at internal Transport for NSW end users under the End User Services program.

Your Key accountabilities are:

• Identify Service Request requirements with key stakeholders, design Service Request forms, identify any approval requirements, design support workflows, coordinate the creation/modification of Service Request forms, approvals and workflows, write use cases and test cases, support Service Request form and workflow UAT if required and collaborate with various teams to ensure usability
• Review technical solution documentation, Service Request form and workflow UAT results and work with technical analysts to create Knowledge Based Articles for support teams
• Produce any end user Knowledge Based Articles if required

About you

You are an experienced Business Analyst – Service Designer with experience in the onboarding of services and transitioning service to support.  You will have written articles, produced or modified service design and service definitions, and reviewed technical solution documentation.

You will be skilled in operating autonomously, a team player who is able to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, demonstrate a great work ethic, feel confident in prioritizing issues, and will be able to deal with complex matters by liaising with Program Managers to work together on solutions.
