Service Designer

We have a 12-month fixed term opportunity to join our CX Strategy and Delivery team.
As a Service Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving the customer experience across our various life insurance journeys, products, and touchpoints. This is a key role that will require a deep understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and industry trends, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You’ll have impact by leveraging your talent and experience to create transformational engagement and retention initiatives that helps differentiate us from the competition. You will have a strong focus on delivering easy, relevant, and intuitive experiences for our customers and partners.
In addition to the design elements of this role, you will also lead the delivery and execution of key experience initiatives in line with HCD methodologies.
About You
You are an experienced Service Designer or CX Generalist with 3 to 5 years’ experience and have focused on designing on customer-centric solutions.
Proven experience mapping journeys, developing service blueprints, and delivering improvements that meet customer needs and business goals.
Demonstrated experience conducting user research, creating customer journey maps, and using data to inform design decisions.
Your excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills will see you succeed in this role.
