Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs, and pain points.
  • Insightful Research: Conduct user research to gain deep insights into customer behaviours and preferences, using human-centered design methodologies.
  • Innovative Solutions: Ideate, prototype, and iterate on innovative solutions that address customer needs and business objectives.
  • Visualise Experiences: Produce captivating customer journey maps, service blueprints, and design artifacts to visualize the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Design Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into visually stunning interfaces that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing your expertise and insights on best practices and emerging technologies in CX design and human-centered design.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in CX design, service design, or related roles, ideally within a consulting practice or large organization.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-centered, CX, or a related field.
  • Portfolio: Showcase your design prowess with a strong portfolio highlighting your design process and achievements.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
