Conduct thorough user research, employing a range of methodologies such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviours, motivations, and pain points Mandatory Skills Leading end-to-end service design projects, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and implementation. Good to Have Skills Deep understanding of service design principles, extensive experience in government projects, and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes
