Service Designer

About the job

For Digital House, we are in search of a Service Designer, with a passion for improving the student experience, doing research to find opportunities for improvement and proposing the appropriate solution strategies.

We are looking for profiles who want to work in a multidisciplinary team, in a dynamic environment and with a cross-company approach focused on our students.

What will be your main challenges?

– Conduct user research to understand the needs of our students

– Design the Student Journey Map to be able to identify pain points and problems that must be addressed throughout our service

– Design Service Blueprints of the internal processes necessary to carry out Digital House services, identifying pain points or opportunities for improvement.

– Define, monitor and report management metrics that positively contribute to decision making.

– Work together with the different stakeholders to be able to propose the most viable solution to a certain problem

– Prototype services that are aligned with the needs of our students and the business

– Take care of the student’s experience throughout the entire life cycle of our service

– Design the solutions and present them to the respective stakeholders for their implementation and execution

– Carry out quantitative and qualitative analyzes that allow diagnosing the current situation and generating a framework that provides a solution to the problems identified.

– Estimate the impacts of initiatives and define the necessary action plan to carry them out.

What are the requirements or skills we are looking for to fill the role of Service Designer?

– At least two years of experience as a Service Designer or Customer Experience Designer

– User centric mindset

– Experience in Design thinking / human-centered design

– Proactivity

– Continuous research capacity based on the detection of improvements

– Ability to work as a team to propose solutions and agree on opportunities

– Business vision

– Strong orientation to the achievement of learning, results and fulfillment of objectives.

– Ability and adaptation for 100% remote work

– It is a plus to have knowledge of Portuguese
