We are looking to add a person in the role of Service Design for different teams in the Technology area.

The Technology area is made up of the Product, UX, Software Engineering, DevOps and QA teams. Together, we lead the design and development of our digital products and services to deliver an innovative learning experience.

Responsibilities:

• Discovery: Carrying out quantitative/qualitative research with our students and internal users (Interviews, workshops, ethnographies, etc.) that can be downloaded as a “Design Brief” for our UX and UI team.
• Analysis and ideation: Planning and facilitating the design and development of digital and non-digital solutions for our service, it is ideal to have experience facilitating workshops with different organizational levels.
• Design of processes and service blueprints: Generate and/or improve the guidelines and guides for each digital and non-digital contact point of the service.
• Support internal change management processes that allow the different areas of the company to be aligned with the design and development of new proposals or projects of value for our students and internal users

Requirements:

• Studies related to: Graphic Design
• Management of design and prototyping tools such as: Figma, Miro, Maze
• Experience in product and service projects (digital and non-digital).
• Field research experience.
• Experience in startups, agencies or corporate companies in roles such as: Research, UX, Strategy, Innovation, Product, Service or Strategic design.
• Storytelling skills and assertive communication.
• Experience mapping journeys, bluprints and/or processes.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Resoluteness and passion for delivery
