At Baufest we want to improve life with technology, so we are looking for a Service Designer to join our team eager to learn the best practices to perform on an important banking project.
Main Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of User-Centered Design withDesign Thinking methodology
- Good communication and relationship skills
- Students majoring in Humanities, Design or related fields.
Desirable Requirements
- Management of GoogleAnalytics , Figma , Miro, Excel and prototyping tools
- Knowledge of workshop facilitation and ideation
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to work in agile environments
- Organization and proactive attitude
- Have experience in similar positions in digital product companies
- Be able to create products/services that meet the needs of users and businesses, thinking holistically.
- Be able to create high/low fidelity storyboards/flowcharts/wireframes /prototypes, addressing different design needs.
- Able to create and track product adoption and conversion metrics.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research techniques
