Service Designer Sr

Modalidad: Híbrida (México)

Requisitos

• 4+ años en service design, diseño estratégico o UX con foco en Discovery
• Portafolio con blueprints, journeys y soluciones implementadas
• Facilitación de sesiones con equipos multidisciplinarios
• Pensamiento sistemático y comodidad con la ambigüedad
• Figma / FigJam y herramientas de síntesis

Responsabilidades

• Ejecutar discoveries completos: encuadre del problema, investigación, síntesis y propuesta de solución
• Construir journey maps, service blueprints y mapas de ecosistema por producto
• Facilitar workshops de co-creación con negocio, tecnología y usuarios
• Definir el modelo de servicio y los puntos de contacto digitales y humanos
• Entregar al frente de Diseño requerimientos de experiencia claros y priorizados
• Medir el desempeño del servicio y proponer iteraciones
