This programme is central to our ambition to deliver excellent customer service for everyone in Birmingham. We’re redesigning services, consolidating support functions, improving customer experience, driving channel shift, efficient customer contact through several access channels and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Whether it’s through smarter use of data, more joined-up services, or human-centred design, we’re committed to making every interaction with the council efficient, consistent, and customer-focused.
This role is being offered on fixed term basis until March 2027, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact work while developing your skills and experience.
