Service Designer

Job Description

NEXTON is hiring a Service Designer (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) in Paris!

Your future work environment:

You will work as a Service Designer on assignment with one of our clients.

Your missions:

• Exploration & Research: Conduct audits, interviews, and field observations to understand real needs (not just those written in the brief).
• Service Mapping: Create detailed User Journeys and Service Blueprints. Make the invisible visible—touchpoints, internal processes, and moments of truth.
• Co-creation Workshops: Act as the conductor. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to generate innovative, aligned solutions.
• Service Prototyping: Go beyond theory. Design prototypes (physical, digital, or organizational) to quickly test hypotheses.
• Support & Feedback: Participate in regular project meetings to present progress, gather feedback, and adjust direction.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 10 years in a similar role, with proven ability to navigate complex environments (agencies or large companies).
• Key Skills: Mastery of Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies.
• Languages: Bilingual/expert level in English.
• Tools & Deliverables: FigJam, Miro, or LucidChart are your go-to tools for structuring ideas. Your documentation is clear, visual, and actionable.
