Unit: Osasco – SP
What will your day-to-day life be like?
As a Senior Service Designer, you will manage the Open Cash Hub and your main activities will be:
• Map and evolve complete B2B journeys (as-is and to-be), including pre-sales, sales, and post-sales.
• Build and evolve Service Blueprints connecting frontstage, backstage, and systems
• Identify friction points and drop-off points along the journey, proposing adoption-oriented improvements.
• Structure and optimize onboarding flows and time-to-first-value (TTFV)
• Conduct user and business research (qualitative and quantitative) and transform insights into actionable solutions.
• Facilitate discovery, co-creation, and stakeholder alignment workshops
• Redesign processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Support squads in implementing customer-centric solutions
Requirements and Qualifications
What do you need to have or know?
• Solid experience in Service Design, Customer Experience, or Product in a B2B context.
• Experience designing complex, multi-stakeholder journeys
• Proficiency in tools and methods such as: Customer Journey Mapping, Service Blueprint, Design Thinking / Double Diamond
• Experience with onboarding and activating B2B clients
• Knowledge of process and operations modeling
• Analytical skills for interpreting funnel and adoption metrics
It will be a plus if you have:
• Experience with B2B SaaS products, platforms, or digital ecosystems.
• Experience with embedded journeys (e.g., products within ERPs or partner systems)
• Knowledge of Growth strategies (AARRR, Product-Led Growth)
• Experience in regulated environments or with multiple integrations
