Senior Service / UX Designer (Lead) – Wholesale Solutions, Assortment & Purchasing.

About the mission

We are looking for a senior designer who can lay the foundation for a user-friendly and outcome-driven working method. The assignment requires strong design skills and confident leadership to strengthen the connection to user needs and create decision-making data for a partial procurement in T1. The ambition is a seamless user experience with a high degree of AI assistance.

Your mission

• Establish a strong bridge to users within Assortment & Purchasing.
• Ensure a clear and prioritized picture of needs and problems.
• Concretize and visualize a target image for the desired experience (incl. AI-assist).
• Run workshops and co-creation with project managers, architects, BAs and operations.
• Prepare data for decisions on scope, process and requirements prior to sub-procurement.
• If necessary: ​​coach, shape working methods and assist in recruiting more designers.

Deliveries

• Service blueprint/journey and central user flows for Assortment & Purchasing.
• Prioritized opportunity map with assumptions and validation status.
• Low-/mid-fi prototypes tested with users (insights + recommendations).
• Goal principles and “guardrails” for AI-assist (trust, control, transparency).
• Decision basis for sub-procurement: scope, requirement areas, risks and dependencies.

• Period: 2026-04-01 – 2026-12-18 (Possibility of extension)
• Location: Solna (Hybrid, several days a week in the office)
• Language: Swedish

Profile and Merits

Requirements (Must)

• Very senior in UX and service design in complex organizations.
• Documented ability to move from uncertainty to clear direction.
• Strong communicator and leader who can navigate low design maturity.
• Experience of collaborating with architects, project management, program management and BA.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Possibility to be on site in Solna several days a week.

Meritorious

• Experience in purchasing/assortment, supply chain or planning systems.
• Experience in procurement and requirements setting.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted user flows (decision support/recommendations).
