Junior Service Designer

Support the Service Design teams in discovery, documentation, and facilitation projects, contributing to the creation of user-centered solutions in digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.
You will also be responsible for producing visual design artifacts, organizing project repositories, and supporting the preparation and facilitation of workshops and qualitative research.

Requirements

• Degree in Design (Digital, Graphic, or Product), Business Administration with a focus on Innovation, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering
• Proficiency in Figma and Miro or Mural for wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Understanding of Design Thinking and Service Design (blueprints, journeys, service ecosystems)
• Ability to create and maintain project documentation (service blueprints, process flows, executive presentations)
• Experience in design, consulting, or digital transformation projects
• Portfolio demonstrating design artifacts and visual documentation

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with qualitative research or discovery projects with stakeholders
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Keynote, or Lucidchart/Draw.io
• Use of Notion or similar knowledge management tools
• Experience in consulting or projects with multiple clients
• Certification in Design Thinking, UX/UI Design, or agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Interest or familiarity with sectors like retail, healthcare, or education
